Can it be done at distance?
Yes, most of the work is done long-distance using Skype, Zoom etc.
How long does it take?
Depends – If you have lived a relatively lighter life, it gets quicker. If you have lived a rather heavy life (heavy meaning – you faced a whole lot of issues, conflicts or experienced traumatic events in life or suppressed your emotions to avoid conflicts), releasing all that pain from the mind-body system may take longer.
What to expect in a session?
As we start with the conversation about the issue in its most prominent aspect (including physical, emotional or mental). I may ask you a few questions to unravel it further. To find relief in physical symptoms, we will need to work on the emotions that surface up.
As we continue working, I will guide you to the most suitable process. The things that come up with you might shift and change in terms of (a) Emotional intensity (b) Shifting pain or body sensations (c) Your felt truth about a statement (d) Some memories connected to the issue might pop-up. Releasing the emotional charge from connected memories or thoughts brings the body back into its natural state of ease.
Is this effective for relationship problems also?
Relationship issues are always emotional. Even if you feel that the problem is at the other end, working on yourself will help you find relief & improvement in your experience.
Do I need to have any specific spiritual or religious beliefs?
You do not need to have any particular kind of spiritual or religious beliefs. In order to release unpleasant emotions or thoughts, all you need is to be willing.
